Their team quickly responded and asked me to place a new order for the correct part while returning the old one for a refund. They refunded me for the returned part as promised, and I really appreciate the effort they took to make things right. Менеджер Александр подобрал по VIN номеру моего автомобиля.
Я привык проверять все, поэтому снял видео при получении в отделении Новой почты. Запчасть подошла к автомобилю, и ошибка по мотору уже ушла.
Буду обращаться еще, тем более пообещали скидку)

Замовляв фару у хлопців на mercedes W212. Фара приїхала в гарному стані. Замовляв наложкою, та прийшлось скинути невилику передоплату. Але все добре.
