How to buy

The procedure for purchasing goods in our online store is very simple and consists of several steps.

1. Order placement

After selecting the product, click the Add to Cart button - the product will be added to your cart.

Next, if you have finished selecting the product, click the Your Cart button.

On the Your Cart page, all the products you have selected will be listed.

In the Quantity field, you can change the quantity of the product for purchase. After changing the quantity of the product, click the Recalculate button to recalculate the total order amount.

In the Action column, you can perform the following actions for each product: either delete the product from the cart or save the product for the future.

2. Order placement and confirmation

After entering the necessary information about the delivery of the product (recipient's full name, city, region, contact information, Nova Poshta branch, etc.) to place an order, you need to click the Place Order button.

A copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the order placement.

Attention!

Incorrectly specified phone number (specify in international format, for example +380999999999), inaccurate or incomplete address may lead to additional delays! Please carefully check your personal information when registering and placing an order.

After a while (usually within an hour) after making a purchase, our manager will contact you using the contact information provided during the order placement. You can discuss the details of the purchase with the manager.

Note

For regular customers on the store's website, there is a Registration. In your account, you can view the contents of your cart, the history of your orders, as well as repeat or cancel an order, and subscribe to the store's newsletter.

3. Payment and prices

The prices indicated on the website are final and do not require additional payment.
