Guarantees

The company "Imcar" provides time for checking purchased used parts for a period that is individually determined for each part (usually 1 week after got it). We sell only original parts with a full check of their resource condition, so we guarantee their high quality.

Return conditions

Part of proper quality:

If you do not need the part for any reason unrelated to its quality, you can return it within 3 days from the date of purchase (receipt at the post office). A commission of 35% of the cost of the part will be deducted from you. The buyer bears the cost of delivery.

Parts are accepted back if:

  • our company's label is preserved;
  • there are no external damages;
  • the part has not been disassembled;
  • there are no signs of moisture penetration;
  • the parts do not have signs of installation on a car.

Part of improper quality:

If the part is of improper quality, you can count on a free exchange for a similar or any other part.

We have a minimal percentage of order returns because:

  • each part undergoes a complete diagnosis and is checked for functionality;
  • parts with even minor defects are not sold or sold at a discount;
  • parts are selected for the car using the Mercedes EPC program, which guarantees optimal compatibility with the car;
  • before placing an order, the consultant always ensures that the client has received complete information about the consumer properties of the part.
